INTREPID TRAVEL

Distant Horizons is very proud to announce that as from the 1st September 2017 we have been appointed the General Sales Agent (GSA) in Malta for Intrepid Travel.

Intrepid Travel is the world’s largest small group adventure travel company sending over 100,000 travellers across the globe each year (as well as employing over 1000 staff). Intrepid is still adding to their list of 1,000 adventures in over 100 countries including cycling, family, food, cruising, sailing, walking and trekking, wildlife and polar adventures. You can venture to the Arctic, Antarctic and so many destinations in between with a company that promotes small group travel and uses leaders who will help you to travel the local way, eat the local way and live the local way.

The company has developed several trip styles and trip themes to cater to a diverse range of travellers - Basix, Original and Comfort - but all trips include an amazing group leader, accommodation, transport and good times. Depending on the trip style you choose, there are also a number of activities and meals included.

The core purpose of the company is to operate in a responsible way. Responsible travel is about the attitude you take and the choices you make when travelling to respect and benefit local people, their cultures, the economy and the environment.
